Teachers their quality, role and goal – Effective Classroom Teaching , Corporate Remuneration Package.

At the time of recruitment we definitely try to assess their true potential but do not make it the be-all and end-all of our search. There are always a set of them who are like uncut diamonds, full of potential needing careful handling and we gradually create “mentors” out of them. We have any number of them on our rolls making our task so very much easy. To them effective classroom teaching is just not a ritual but an integral part of education itself. They themselves put in a lot of preparation, ultimately ensuring that their students are fully prepared for their entire lives. We gratefully acknowledge their contribution in making our group so redoubtable. We have, thus, probably for the first time in this country, introduced what we love to call “the corporate remuneration package”. This compares very favourably with the remuneration of the corporate world. The "give and take" policy adopted by us has paid off handsomely. This policy could be emulated by others for really dramatic results.
